SeaView Villas

Seaview Villas is a complex of luxurious detached houses in Vourvourou, on the peninsula of Sithonia. It is built amphitheatrically in a lush green area offering views of the gulf of Vourvourou with its islets and the imposing Mount Athos at the backround.
The complex consists of five independent maisonettes: Poseidon, Triton, Nireus, Proteus, Mermaid. All maisonettes can accommodate up to six people each, both in the summer and winter months. They are all surrounded by an independent 350m² - 500m² garden where there is a kiosk with a barbecue and a parking space.
Each maisonette is built on two levels and has unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding area. On the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with two sofas (one of them converts into a double bed) and a WC. On the upper level there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second room with a bed that converts into a double or two single beds and the bathroom with a shower.
